Welcome to the Community. Let me share some updates about this unexpected behavior with the connected bank account in QuickBooks Online.

 

Our Product Engineers received similar reports from other users experiencing the same issue with the ANZ bank. For now, we aren't able to provide a specific timeframe when the issue will be fixed.

 

Rest assured, the engineers are doing their best to fix and prevent this problem from happening again. Also, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can include you in the list of affected users.

  1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Get help from a human.
  3. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you
