WHEN IS QUICKBOOKS GOING TO FIX BANK FEEDS!!!!!!!!!

Over a month has passed and my account is in shambles, I’ve been lied to about the problem. Now I’ve been charged for my next month subscription, I’m 100% contacting fair trading to get my money back. I’ve never experienced such disrespect from a company I pay, stop lying. 
WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED?

Being help up like this can be very frustrating when you just want to get your job done, @10shane,

 

I can see how this has impacted your workflow, but I want you to know that this forum is also another channel where you can post your QuickBooks concerns. Can you please share with me the name of your bank and the error message you're getting so I can check on the status for you.

To get a hold of our representatives to check for previous escalated cases and billing concerns, follow the steps below:

I’ve raised the issue multiple times, QuickBooks acted like they’re sorting out the problem, I called my bank and they’ve removed access to QuickBooks. Why can’t you be honest and tell me if this problem will ever be fixed? Instead of billing me and stringing me along. 
I mentioned billing on the phone to QuickBooks and the operator avoided answering the question.
