Is anyone having issues with Bank of Queensland bank feed today 1st June 2023?

Thanks for posting in the Community! We haven't receive any reported issues with Bank of Queensland today. Just to confirm, did you receive an error? This helps me provide an accurate resolution to your banking issue. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting when having banking connection issues. First thing we'll need to is to do a manual update.

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Refresh.

 

If your Bank of Queensland connection is on standard feed and you've recently updated anything on your bank’s website, like your username or password, we'll have to update that info in QuickBooks as well. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account. Then select the Edit ✎ icon.
  3. Select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Update your info as needed.
