Bank feed appears to be deactivated - not bank related?

Hi paanita001-gmail,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! 

 

If the bank feed is disconnected, transactions will no longer be downloading unless you'll reconnect it. Let me show you how to check if a standard feed connection is disconnected in QuickBooks Online. 

 

  1. On Transactions tab, select Banking
  2. Click on the pencil icon located on the blue bank tile.
  3. If you see Edit sign-in info that means it is still connected to online banking.
