Bank feed broken

I have an open case because my bank feeds are broken I was just wondering how this was progressing as they are still broken.

Thanks for posting in the Community! May I please know the name of the bank account and the error message you're getting? I would also suggest to contact our support team to check on the status of the reported issue. Here's how to contact us: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Next.
  5. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to connect to a live support team representative.
