Bank feed from NAB not updating

Let's check your QuickBooks Online account together and help you update your bank feeds connection to get you back to your business.

 

Let's use an incognito or a private browser to confirm the issue. Open any browser, then follow these shortcut keys to use an incognito window: 

 

  • Chrome simply press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox  press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari, press Command + Shift + N. Make sure you're using the latest version.

Then, log in to QuickBooks Online through qbo.intuit.com and follow the steps below to edit sign in information in QBO:

 

  1. Click on Bookkeeping, and select on Transactions tab.
  2. Click on Bank transactions and select the bank account affected.
  3. Click on the Edit or pencil icon.
  4. Click on Edit sign in info.
  5. Manually enter your bank's sign in information like your User ID and Password.
  6. Click on Save and connect.

Then, check if the bank connection is updated and new bank feeds have downloaded. If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to escalate the behavior encountered to our banking team and can ask for your details in a secure form.
