Bank feed is delayed - update gives me 24 hour old feed?

What bank are you trying to update? I can check in our system if there are issues related to it. 

 

I can help you troubleshoot the delay by verifying if the issue is caused by stored cache files within the regular browser. To begin, open your QuickBooks Online account using the incognito or private browser. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Once signed in, try to check the bank is already downloading the most recent transactions. If so, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache helps refresh your browser settings. You can also use a different supported browser as an alternate solution.
