Bank feed not updating. I follow link about new convenient bank feed, copy code and go to internet banking but connection does not re establish

Hello tim24,

 

I want to help you update your bank feeds in QuickBooks Online. Can I ask what specific bank account you're trying to update or connect in QuickBooks Online? 

 

If you're trying to connect your Westpac and ANZ bank via direct feeds connection make sure you've enabled the feed from your internet banking. If it's not a Westpac and ANZ bank make sure to fill out the client authority form, print, sign it, and send it to SISS.

 

Once the above is done, please allow 24-72 business hours from the enrollment date to activate the connection of the direct feed. If after the time frame is completed and the bank feeds are still not updated, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can further check your account connection in the background in a secure form.
