You've come to the right place for answers, @theburroweventspace.

I'm here with some helpful information about your bank accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you'll be guided accordingly with your accounts on the Banking page.

Make sure that your bank accounts are already connected in QBO. Once it's connected, you'll be able to see these accounts on the Banking page. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Banking tab on the upper left side.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow to choose the appropriate account.
  3. You can also click the Reorder accounts hyperlink, then hit the Pencil icon to rearrange them.
  4. Tap Save

Otherwise, you have an option to go to your Chart of Accounts (COA). This way, you can see all of your added accounts in QuickBooks. From there, you can print the data or export it to Excel.

  1. Choose Accounting on the bottom part, then select Chart of Accounts
  2. Locate the exact account and click the Account history hyperlink under Action to show all the transactions.
  3. Click the Print or Export icon in the upper right corner.

For more details about handling your COA, check out this page: Learn about the chart of accounts in QuickBooks.
