Can you connect more than 1 bank account to Quickbooks?

Yes, you can connect multiple bank accounts to QuickBooks.

 

Let me guide you how:

 

  1. From the Banking tab, select Banking.
  2. Click the Connect Account button, or select Add account or Link account if you've already created an account.
  3. Search for your bank.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website. 
  6. Choose the accounts you want to connect.
  7. For each account, select the account type from the dropdown. 
  8. Filter the date range for the download.
  9. Click Connect.

 

Once connected, QuickBooks automatically downloads the items. From there, you can categorise the transactions. I've added this link as your guide about the process: Bank Rule.
