Cant connect my Macquarie Bank account to feeds

Syncing your bank account to the program certainly offers convenience and track and monitor your bank transactions effectively, doggiehome. I've got some information about why you're unable to complete the form when connecting your Macquarie Bank to QuickBooks.

You'll need to verify if your account is eligible for Direct Feeds. For Macquarie Bank customers, an account number starting with 00 isn't eligible for Direct Feeds with QuickBooks Online (QBO), even with a 9-digit account number. The supported types for Direct Feeds and QBO are Cash Management accounts starting with 1 or 9 and Business/Trust accounts beginning with 2 or 3.  

However, if you have confirmed you meet the requirements, please note that we have an ongoing investigation - INV-99299 regarding the inability to link the account on the direct feed with an associated error, Something unexpected happened before we could complete your form.
