Direct feeds ask for bsb a/c number but no place for card number. How do we connect credit cards?

It’s possible that this account type is not yet added that’s why you don’t have the option, casa1.

You can add this type of account in your Chart of Accounts first. Once done, here’s how you can connect the account:

1. Login to your credit cards online banking website. 
2. From there, copy the site’s URL. 
3. Go back to QuickBooks and go to Banking > Banking. 
4. Select the Connect or Add account tab. 
5. Paste the URL you’ve copied on the search box. 
6. Select Continue then enter login credentials. 
7. Select Credit card as the account type 
8. Set the date range for the download. 
9. Click Connect.
