Have a new bank account. I need to unlink my old account to link my new account - how do I do that?

Unlinking your old bank account and connecting the new one is an easy process,  bpowervander. I'd be glad to assist you in ensuring your records remain accurate.

We can unlink the old account by disconnecting it. Just a heads up, any transactions in the For Review tab will be deleted once disconnected. Therefore, it is advisable to categorise them before taking this action.

To unlink or disconnect the account, please follow these steps.

1. Head over to the Transactions menu, then Bank Transactions.
2. Click your preferred bank.
3. Pick the pencil ✎ icon. Press Edit account info.
4. Tick the Disconnect this account on save box.
5. Hit Save and Close.
    

Now, let's link the new bank account by following these steps:

1. On the Bank Transactions page, click Link account.
2. Search for your financial institution.
3. Select Continue. Then, sign in by entering your user ID and password.
4. Please follow the instructions on the screen to connect.
