Have had no bank feeds for 14 days ,not sure what problem is.

No bank feeds for 14 days ,I am using Anz ,when I got to transactions on program all 3 bank accounts are updated 30 march ,and I scroll down message is all caught up ,very confusing ,there are no transaction to review also I am connected to bank .can anyone suggest what problem may be or is this normal.you get feeds once a month .

Thank you for sharing this with us. I'll help you check to see why you're not getting any updates.

 

Normally, updates will happen nightly. However, if there is maintenance on the bank's side or an issue with the connection to QuickBooks, you may experience situations like this.

 

You can do the manual update:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions
  2. Choose Banking (Take me there).
  3. Select Update.

 

If nothing happens, please follow Step 2 or the rest of the steps in this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can upload your transactions if the steps won't work. Then, please contact our Support team to check this further.

 

  1. Click on Help and click the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter something like ANZ bank not updating and click Continue.
  4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
