Hello there, @g1bricklaying-ya.

I appreciate you for reaching out to us here in the Community. I can help you unlink the bank account in QuickBooks Online.

You can unlink your bank account by disabling the Disconnecting account on save option. Please be reminded that once the account is disconnected, any transactions in the For Review tab will be deleted. I'd suggest categorizing them first before doing so. Here's how to unlink the account:

  1. In the Business view, go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Banking, or in the Accountant view, go to Banking and select the Banking tab.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account.
  3. Select the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
  4. Tick the Disconnect this account on the save box. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
  5. Select Save and Close.

Here’s an article for more information: Disconnect or delete an account from the Downloaded Transactions page.

I've added our page about banking in case you need some help articles for your future tasks.
