How do I disconnect the bank account from my QuickBooks?

Helping you disconnect a bank account from your QuickBooks Online is quick and easy. You can remove the check-mark for the File Upload Account option to disconnect it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Banking, and then select the Banking sub-tab.
  2. Select your savings account, and then click its Edit icon, then Edit account info.
  3. In the Account window, remove the check-mark for Disconnect this account on save.
  4. Click on Save and Close.
