How do i enter a pay for my employee that came out twice on the same day but then got reversed and deposited back in? I had the pay as a rule set

I'm not quite sure what you mean, could you clarify what your goal is, i.e. processing a pay run, matching payroll to your bank transactions, resolving calculation errors; and what your obstacles are?
