How do I undelete an account?

I'll guide you on how to undelete an account, vkelliher.

When using QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can only make an account inactive so you'll still have access to past transaction data for reporting purposes.

To reinstate or make an account active, you can follow the steps provided below:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Chart of accounts.
2. Select the Gear icon ⚙ next to the printer icon. Then select Include inactive.
3. Find the account you want to use again, then click Make active.

Please know that QuickBooks won't add transactions back to the account or edit any journal entries it made to balance your accounts.
