I can help you remove your old credit card account from the banking dashboard in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can disconnect your old credit card account to remove it from the banking dashboard. Then, make it inactive if you no longer use them.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, hover your cursor to the Banking menu or Transactions menu and choose Banking.
  2. Select your old credit card account.
  3. Click the pencil ✎ icon, then press Edit account info.
  4. Put a checkmark on the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
  5. Hit Save and Close.

 

After that, you can make it inactive. Please follow these easy steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Chart of accounts.
  2. Locate the old credit card account.
  3. Click the Action dropdown and then select Make inactive.
