How to find Bank account already connected but cannot see on the screen?

Hi, info-primemarble,

 

Let's check your chart of accounts to verify if the bank account is listed on file. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Accounting tab.
  2. Click on Chart of accounts.
  3. On the search box, type in your bank account name or simply check on the account list.

Also, connected bank accounts in QuickBooks Online can also be found under the Banking or Transactions tab. If you've connected your bank account via Direct Feeds connection usually the account gets activated 24-48 business hours or 10 business days if the bank requires a CAF form.
