I can provide some valuable insights to assist you in restoring the deleted bank accounts, gogirlcleaning.

You can reactivate a deleted account without affecting your current bank transactions. QuickBooks doesn't delete accounts, it just makes them inactive so you can still access past transaction data for reporting.

Here's how:

  1. Click Accounting from the left menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Next to the printer icon, select the Settings ⚙ icon, then check Include inactive.
  3. Find the inactive account you want to restore. It will be marked with (deleted).
  4. In the Action column, select Make Active.

After completing these steps, you will be able to view all transactions associated with that bank account. For more details, you can refer to this article: Make an account inactive on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online

Additionally, I have included a guide to help ensure that your QuickBooks accounts align with your real-life accounts: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions about your banking transactions. Have a great day!
