I am trying to update my bank feeds with Anz which I believe has changed where do.j find bookkeeping icon cannot find can anyone help.

It could be your QuickBooks Online view is using the Accountant view that is why you are not seeing the Bookkeeping tab. 

1. Click on either Bookkeeping or look for Transactions tab.
2. Click on Bank transactions.
3. You will see your connected and pending bank account connection in here.

If you've recently upgraded your ANZ account to Direct Feeds connection, please allow 24-48 business hours for your ANZ Direct feeds to connect to QuickBooks from enrollment date.
