I can not get bank feeds from after april, ive spoken with my bank and everything seems fine there

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear your feeds haven't been updating. Between all of the different banks that are supported, and all of the connection requirements, there can be quite a variety of different reasons that bank feeds can stop working. If you see an error message/code on your Banking screen, you can refer to this article for the steps to update your connection. See the section 'Step 3: Fix specific banking errors' for common errors and the way to resolve them.

 

We do have tools that allow us to verify the cause of the issue and guide you to a solution, so the best option if you're unable to see the cause for the issue is to reach out to our support team so that they can diagnose and resolve it with you. The causes can range from changing the internet banking login to security tokens to connection issues from our end, so the sooner that you reach out for assistance, the sooner we are able to initiate a resolution and raise it for a further investigation if necessary.   1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
