I have closed my business and would like to have all my accounts as back from quick books so i could close my account Quickbooks

To help you get your company data from your QuickBooks Online (QBO), I’ll share with you the steps to do this.

 

Since you haven’t closed the account yet, we can easily download your data by exporting it to your local hard drive. For accounts that have already been closed, we can only export the data within 90 days from the date it was canceled.

 

Here’s how you can export your data:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon from the tool bar.
  2. From Tools, select Export Data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range of the transactions that you want to download.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  5. Select Export to Excel.
