I have filled out the form for my bank connections but it still tells me I need to do it again and my connection will stop working

May I ask if you received a confirmation from our SISS team after sending this form to activate the Direct Feed? If so it would be best to get in touch with our support team by clicking here as we can escalate your application to determine the delay. 

 

If you have not received a confirmation email saying the Bank Feed CAF form has been received I would encourage you to reprint the form and send it through. Please bare in mind until the form received and confirmed by the team it will show the Reprint Form option.
