I have just connected to my new NAB business banking account and only credit transactions are showing in QBO - where are my debit transactions?

I'm here to help share information about how Direct feeds work in QuickBooks Online.

 

Occasionally, this can happen if there are connection faults with the bank account during the periods or potential background issues with the bank during the download times. Once the transactions have been processed by the bank, these are sent to QuickBooks the following weeknight. The transactions are sent nightly, from Monday to Friday.

 

To help us resolve the problem, we can perform manual refresh into your bank account. Here’s what you’ll need to do:

  1. Click Banking from the left menu.
  2. Click the Update button from the upper right hand.

Once done, kindly repeat the same steps for at least 3 times and another in the next 24 hours to allow the bank to regain its connection.

 

If the transactions are still not posted into your register after completing the steps above, I invite you contacting QuickBooks Customer Care support for them to further check your account and determine what caused the problem.

 

To reach them, here’s how:

  1. Click this link https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_AU/contact.
  2. Choose the QuickBooks Product.
  3. On the Contact Us page, select a topic.
  4. Click on Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

I am having the same issue with my accounts. There is no upload button and everything is grayed out.. this is 2nd day issue has been present.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to show the Upload button on the Banking page and get you back to working order.

 

There are times that the browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. Try logging into your QBO account using a private browser. 

 

To use a private browser, here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once logged in, go back and try to check the Upload button on the Banking page to double-check.

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

 

If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
