I have not had any bank feeds for 19 days ,Anz bank informs me all accounts connected ,my self employed accounting package gets feeds regularly ,what is problem.

Thanks for posting in the Community. Do you have any error message or code on the Banking page in QuickBooks Online? Let's try to do a manual update to get your latest bank transactions.

Here's how:

1. On Transactions tab select Banking.
2. Select Update button. 

Also, you can connect your ANZ bank account via direct feed. At the moment, you can only Business/Personal accounts and Commercial Platinum Credit Card accounts are supported.
