Question

I'm trying to connect via PowerBI Online Service using someone elses details. It uses OATH2 and won't allow me to connect. Is this possible?

I'm doing the Power BI work for someone else. I go through the OATH2 process, input his details and it refuses to connect. Then for the next few minutes I have to put my own details into teams, outlook etc. Its clearly using my details and failing rather than using the details I enter. Can I input someone elses log in details into the Power BI semantic model data source credentials?

While this is technical and a bit complicated when logging in to Power BI, I recommend reaching out to our product developers team again so they can help you deal with this and resolve the issue. You can ask questions in the forum and will be able to receive feedback and answers from the rest of the members and the developers themselves.
