I save my bank accounts list in a specific order and it keeps resetting to a default order everyday. How do you keep it in the order you want it to be?

Are you trying to reorder your bank accounts list in the Bank transactions tab? If yes, let's do some troubleshooting on your browser. Let's access your QuickBooks Online account using private browser to see if we get the same result. A private browser does not store any activities, which is why it's a good idea to use it for any unexpected behavior in the program.

Here are keyboard shortcuts you can use depending on the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works on an incognito window, kindly go back to your regular browser and clear your browser’s cache. It is a good idea to clear cache, to remove the temporary internet files and to help the application function properly. Please consider using a different browser too.

Once done, let's try to reorder your bank accounts list by following these steps.

1. Go to Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
2. Click the drop-down arrow beside the bank's name.
3. On the bottom of the list, select Reorder accounts.
4. Then click the pencil icon to reorder the accounts.
5. Drag and drop the bank/credit card accounts to the right place and then hit Save.
