I want to set up a trading account (like a bank account). How do i do that?. I have a supplier who we have to pay in advance and hold a pool of funds to cover trading

QuickBooks Online does not currently support any trading or stock accounts to be listed similar to how bank accounts look at the moment. 

I believe what you are doing with the Supplier is the right move so you can track the money that goes out.

But in terms of stock or share trading, it is not something which QuickBooks Online can support for the time being.

This can change in the future though, feel free to submit some feedback for our Products Team to consider by going to Settings > Feedback within the product.
