IAM NOT GETTING BANK FEED FOR THE LAST MONTH TO THREE WESTPAC BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNTS. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT

Hi there, 

 

As I checked the status for Westpac Bank for Direct Feeds, all associated connections are operational, and you should be able to receive updates from all bank feeds without issue. Here's an article to learn more: Financial Institutions that support a bank connection with QuickBooks Online. it also includes information about any open bank feeds issues that we're currently investigating. 

 

Furthermore, QuickBooks downloads the most recent available transactions from banks every night around 10 p.m. but some may take a little longer. If your downloads appear to be stuck, we can follow the steps below to manually refresh your feed to download new transactions:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, and select Transactions.
  2. Choose Bank transactions.
  3. Click Refresh.

 

If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen steps to continue the update. Not all banks require this, but some do for added peace of mind.

 

If the transactions are still not updating, you can proceed to the next steps outlined in this link (Step 4: Check your bank account or credit card's website😞 Troubleshoot unknown bank errors.
