Irregular bank feeds, every 2 weeks,is this normal I am with Anz ,yet my self employed is OK, every day feeds.

Have you tried to manually update and edit your bank's sign-in information in QuickBooks Online? If not, let's perform those troubleshooting steps. Here's how:

1. Click on the Banking or Transactions tab.
2. Click on the bank account affected.
3. Click on the Update button.

Check if new transactions are downloaded. If the issue is the same, let's enter your bank's sign-in information in QuickBooks Online.

2. Click on the bank account affected, and click on the Pencil icon.
3. Click on Edit sign-in information.
4. Manually enter your bank's login details like the user ID and password.
5. Click on Update.

Verify if new bank feeds have been downloaded this time. If the issue persists I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team, that way one of our support can check the connection in the background and escalate it to our banking team.
