Is anyone else having trouble adding ANZ bank feeds?Process works ok and I'm able to complete the steps but Bank Rules still don't work and the prompt to update persists

Hi stockglobal,

 

If you've already upgraded the existing connection to Direct Feeds integration, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to check your online banking connection why you're still getting the update prompt.

 

  1. From the Help menu, click on Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern and select Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.

Once the account is already up and running, you can now match and categorise the transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
