Is anyone having issues re linking bank account? We have not had bank fees for almost a week now. Been through the process with qbo support but still not working?

Hi cindy-goodmoodfo,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! If you're bank feed is not updating, let's do a manual a manual refresh to get your transactions downloading again. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Refresh.

 

If your bank is connected via standard feed, you can also try to Edit sign-in info by clicking on the pencil icon beside your bank's name. If these troubleshooting steps are already done when you've contacted our support team and still getting an error, kindly contact us back for us to further investigate on your bank feed connection in a secure environment.
