Is there anyone else who is not getting the bank feeds from ANZ?

Hi max-clean,

 

There is an ongoing product investigation for ANZ direct feed connection that has stopped downloading transactions. Rest assured that this is taken cared of by our engineers to get this fix sooner. 

 

Let's try to perform a manual update as it appears that transactions from November 2-3 are already received. Here's how: 

 

  1. Select on the Banking or the Transactions page.
  2. Select the bank account affected.
  3. Select Update button.

Also, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can include you in the list of affected users.

  1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Get help from a human.
  3. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you
