Hi Team

My credit card has two accounts, one for transfers and another for transactions. After linking the card in my QB, there is only one account of transactions showing up, another one for transfers disappears. The bank has advised that there is no problem on their end. How could I do to let both accounts show up in my QB?

There's no limit to the number of bank account you can add to your QuickBooks Online account. Did you connected the second account account in QuickBooks Online successfully? If you wish connect to an online bank or credit card account. Follow the section based on where you're using QuickBooks Online.

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Connect Account if this is your first time connecting, or Link account if you've created one in the past.
  3. Search for your bank.
  4. Select Continue, then sign in to your bank by entering your banking user ID and password.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to connect and go through any additional security checks required.
  6. Select any accounts you want to connect e.g. your savings, transaction, or credit card.
  7. Click on Connect.

Once the bank or credit card is connected, new transactions should be downloaded and ready for you to categorise and add them to  QuickBooks Online.
