Missing bank feeds

Hi carey, 

 

There was a reported Product Investigation for ANZ Direct feeds connection from Nov 2-3 and 6-7 2021. However, the investigation has been closed and resolved. If there are still missing bank feeds, try to update your bank account in QuickBooks Online by clicking the Update button. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Banking/Transactions tab.
  2. Select the bank account affected.
  3. Click on the Update button.

Then, check if the bank updated with the missing bank feeds. If the bank did not update, you can manually upload the missing bank feeds using a CSV file format.
