Question

My account feed is not working. Under Manage Connections, it recognizes a feed set up on 16/12/2022 but I’m unable to open it to view or to edit.

I tried adding it again, but it says it already exists.

I know a way to help you fix your bank connection, danielle-bryan.

 

Before proceeding, please let me know your bank's name so I can check for ongoing issues.

 

If you're using the Business view, you'll need to switch back to the Accountant view so you can open and modify your account. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Switch to Accountant view.

  2. Then, pick the Banking tab and choose Banking.
  3. Locate the bank account you want to make changes for.
  4. Click the Pencil icon.

  5. Tap Edit account info.

  6. Make the necessary changes.
  7. Hit Save and Close.

If you're still unable to view and modify the account, open your QuickBooks account using another supported browser.

 

If it still doesn't work, visit your bank's website to see if any details need to be updated.
