My Bank Account drop down is frozen. What do I do to fix

Hi klarissa,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I would firstly try clearing your browser's cache to see if this fixes the issue and would recommend you use Chrome for the best experience:

 

  1. Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen
  2. Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked
  3. Select the time range 'All Time', then Clear Browsing Data
  4. Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more to see if the issue is resolved.
