My bank feed isn't connecting and hasn't listed transaction for the past 2 weeks. However it says that it's all updated and it refreshed moments ago...

Thanks for notifying us of your concern. Please allow me to help you with a few troubleshooting procedures to fix your banking issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

QBO automatically downloads fresh transactions when you link your online bank accounts. If you aren't receiving the most recent updates or they appear to be stuck, don't worry. Here's what to review so the program will resume downloading them.

 

First, check the Status column against your financial institution to check for any recognized error with your account.

 

Also, certain financial institutions may decide to stop supporting bank feeds. You may find a current list of those institutions as well as actions on how to proceed: What to do when your bank no longer supports your bank feed - QuickBooks Online.

 

Additionally, sign in to your bank's website to check whether the issue could be on their end. For the full details, please see this article: Transactions not updating.

 

In the meantime, manually enter your bank transactions in QBO. 

 

Furthermore, it would be helpful if you could let us know the name of your banking institution so we can look into any ongoing investigations.

 

Once resolved, I recommend reconciling your accounts once a month. Before doing so, ensure your bank statement is readily available to compare each transaction with the ones entered in QBO.
