NAB bank feeds to Quickbooks on line has stopped working since March 27th 2023/ please help

We have two accounts from  NAB for bank fees and since March 27th 2023 have just stopped feeding the transactions accross to Quickbooks. Please help to fix issue

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's check your NAB bank feed connection and  use the following steps below to help fix the connection. 

 

To update the changes made on your linked account, you can edit the sign-in info or reconnect your bank to ensure that the bank feeds is active.

 

Here's how to edit the sign-in info:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select Banking.
  2. Locate the name of the bank account and click the Pencil icon in that tile
  3. Select Edit sign in info and log in to your bank using your new credentials.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and select Done.

If the NAB bank account is connect via Direct feeds connection, click on the bank account and click on Update button.

 

  1. Click on Banking or Transactions tab.
  2. Click on Update.

 

If the new transactions are being downloaded, we'd recommend to clear browsers cache.

 

If the issue is the same, you have the option to manually upload the transaction in the meantime or contact our Customer Care Team to help check your account connection.
