NAB direct feeds are not working. Is this a problem with Quickbooks or the Bank?

Hi Lorraine,

 

Try manually updating your NAB feed by selecting the Update button on the top-right corner of the Banking section. This may prompt NAB to pull in any transactions that weren't pulled in automatically.

 

If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting our support team to do some further troubleshooting.
