Thank you for visiting again the QuickBooks Community. This isn't the kind of impression that I'd like you to have, and we know how much time it can take when something isn’t working with banking transactions. With this, I'll be sharing some troubleshooting steps to ensure you can see all your updated entries.

Beforehand, are you getting any error messages on your Banking page? This way, we can check with our engineers if there are any reported issues similar to your bank.

In the meantime, I recommend clicking the Update button on the Banking section. It refreshes the connections between the bank's website and QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping and choose Transactions.
  2. Select Banking
  3. Click to highlight the account you're updating.
  4. Click the Update button. Then, if you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen steps to continue the update.

If you get the same result, you'll need to verify if you can log in to your bank's website through the URL that it has provided for online banking. This is to verify if there may be an issue on their end and it loses connection with QBO every time there are updates. You can open this article on how to perform the process: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. Then, if the issue persists, you can continue the additional solutions found in this article and go directly to step three.

Lastly, you may refer to this article to view the detailed steps on how you can reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to post again if you have additional queries about your bank entries/statements in QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to help.
