No bank feeds for 8 days ,no transactions ,but balances ok ,I have re-entered the bank I'd and password ,no luck.

I can help you in importing the bank transactions.


You'll want to make sure first that the bank doesn't have any system issues. This will result in connection errors and transactions will not be imported. Visit your bank's website or contact them to verify.


We can manually update your Banking which can help download the transactions. Go to the Transactions/Banking menu and select Banking. Then, select the Update under the Link account drop-down.


If the same thing happens, I suggest you seek further help from our Support Team so they can investigate it.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter the name of the bank.
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

 

What I can suggest for now is to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. All you need is a file from your bank that contains your transactions.
