Our bank feed form needed updating, we sent the form but it still isn't connecting and it's been over 10 business days

Hi theburroweventspace,

 

There are times when setting up a direct deed that it does require a manual update to complete the connection. Here's how:

 

  1. When signed into your QuickBooks file, select the Banking tab.
  2. In the top right select Update.

 

If doing a manual update does not bring through any new transactions and if it has been more than 10 business days from the time you sent the Client Authority Form, I suggest to contact our support team to further check your account connection.

 

Here are the steps to contact support:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  3. Choose Contact Us.
  4. Enter short description of the issue on What can we help you with? box.
  5. Click Let's talk.
  6. Select Get a callback or Chat.
