Our club has had a change of signatories, the bank feeds seem to need re-authorization is this correct?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

Is there any current error or message on your Banking page that needs your attention? If the bank feeds are still downloaded in QuickBooks Online after a change in signatory on the bank, there is no need to update the connection of the direct feed.

 

I'd also recommend contacting directly our Customer Care Team to further check your current bank account connection on file. That way, one of our representatives can check your connection in a secure form.
