Payal feed isn't working

Its been 3 weeks since I been able to connect my PayPal feeds. Keep getting an error message stating to try again in sometime.

Let's go over some troubleshooting steps to ensure you can successfully connect PayPal in bank feeds.

 

To isolate and fix the connection issue, I recommend that we start by manually downloading bank transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, go to Banking.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Click on Update.

 

If the issue persists, continue with the troubleshooting steps in this article (scroll down to Step 2): What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

if that still doesn't work, I suggest contacting our Support Team for further assistance and opening an investigation ticket if necessary.
