The Dashboard bank balance and QB balance not matching

The dashboard bank accounts get bank balance and transactions that are past. The QB balance is the balance from all transactions past and future. It should have a 'where clause' to only consider transactions up to today and disregard future transactions.  QB Support do not believe it is an issue. I am not sure how you do accrual accounting and rely on this dashboard tile to reconcile your cash balance quickly. What do others think??

    The more feedback about a particular topic that is received, the better the chances of it being implemented in the future.
