Westpac and its subsidiaries have Direct Feeds available for Personal and Business banking accounts (excluding foreign currency accounts), we suggest that customer upgrade to Direct feeds if possible:
For those unable to upgrade to direct feeds (Credit Card accounts) we suggest customer upload transactions via CSV if they are unable to wait for the bank feed to be restored.
If you would like to receive updates on these investigations via email, start a chat via your QBO and request to be added to the INV # above that corresponds to the Bank feed issue you are experiencing.
