What is the difference between "closed" and "paid" in the status section of my sales tab? Do I need to action these? TY

Good day, userkeepercleaner1!

 

Invoices and Sales Receipts are the only transactions that have Paid status. Closed status on the other hand is for Estimate, Payment, and Credit Memo which indicates that these kinds of transactions are already linked to an invoice or sales receipt.
